TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEPOSITS
All advanced bookings require a 20% non refundable deposit.
Online: via our Make a Payment page within 12 hours.
By post : please send a cheque to our contact address within 5 days, made payable to 'G. Midgley'
Bookings are regarded as provisional and may be cancelled if monies not received within the above timescale.
BALANCE PAYMENTS
Due on departure by cash or cheque only (unless previously paid in full).
Note that there is no surcharge when paying your deposit by Paypal but 3% will be added to any final balance made by this method.
CHECKING IN TIME 4.30pm onwards (unless by prior arrangement).
CHECK OUT by 1o.00 am please.
BREAKFAST is served between 7.30 - 9.00 am.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation or a No Show by You.
Your 20% deposit is non refundable.
No refund of monies will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of expected arrival date where full payment has been received.
If over 48 hours notice of cancellation is given, 50% of any full payments made will be refunded.
Cancellation by Us.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking with us then a full refund of all payments made will be given.
Our liability does not extend beyond this.
Cancellation by Us would only be under circumstances beyond our control.
